Teesside International Airport Terminal

The Teesside International Airport Terminal is the only terminal at the airport. In 2012 the main terminal recieved six figure sum upgrades as part of its modernisation.
Prior to Arrival
Check in times vary from 40 minutes to 3 hours before departure at Teesside International Airport, so be sure to check with your airline or Travel Agent what time you need to get to the airport.
Passenger Facility Fee
Please be aware that the above fee is applicable for all travellers before entering the departure lounge;

  • Adults: £6
  • Children aged 3-15: £2
  • Under 3’s: Free
Check-in is located on both sides of the terminal as you enter the building.

Arrivals is located to the left side of the terminal, adjacent to the left-hand check-in desks. You can check arrivals live online by clicking here.

Departure lounges are located towards the back of the terminal building, past security search.

Teesside International Airport Facilities

Bureau de change There are two bureaux de change located in the main concourse.
Car hire Several car hire desks are located in the terminal building.
Cash point There is a cash point at the Thomas Cook bureau de change.
Information desk The information desk is located in the entrance to the terminal.
Left luggage There are no left luggage facilities at the airport.
Lost property Lost property in the airport is controlled by airport security.
Luggage trolleys These are distributed throughout the terminal building.
Food There are cafes and bars located both before and after security.
Shopping There is a WH Smith before the security search and an Alpha retail after security. Alpha retail stocks a range of duty and tax free goods.
Payphones There are several payphones located in the main concourse.
Business As well as use of the Executive Lounge and free Wi-Fi in the airport, there are also fax, phone and photocopying facilities available at the information desk on request.
